The brief
Vehicle locations lived in a GPS provider’s screen, trip plans in spreadsheets and fuel and maintenance records in a separate accounting program. The operations team spent a large part of the day matching these sources up by phone.
What we did
We mapped the daily workflow with the operations team and designed a system that brings all the data into one panel.

How it works day to day
Trips at risk of delay are highlighted in the panel, and vehicles due for maintenance are flagged automatically. Management receives the previous week’s report by email every Monday.
